Shipping Requirements:
Parts shipped by UPS
Small parts shipped by UPS are sent standard ground unless specified next day air or other. A handling fee of $5.00 will be added for each order. Arrangements can be made for consignee billing.
All orders placed after 2:00 pm and required next day air will incur an additional $50.00 expediting fee.
Common Carrier transportation
Large parts, pallets and machinery will be shipped by common carrier. The customer may choose to arrange for shipping or elect that the manufacturer handle transportation arrangements. Call 704-739-2121.
In general, a Pillow System I will require 20 feet of trailer space, a "nose load" to avoid midshipment offloading and possible damage to equipment, and wooden flooring to lag equipment down.
Terms are FOB Kings Mountain, NC USA unless otherwise specified.
Loading hours are from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Shipments requiring NAFTA forms must provide information regarding broker, trucking firm, final destination name and address one week prior to shipping. Call 704-739-2121 for recommendations for broker or carrier.
